Fomaro is growing. In our factory on the Hanzeweg in Hasselt we make EPE foam for packaging, protection and construction. We are looking for hands-on colleagues who enjoy working with machines.

Machine operator, foam line

As machine operator you are responsible for our extrusion line, where we make EPE foam. You make sure the line runs well and that the rolls coming off it meet our quality standards.

What you will do

Starting up, running and adjusting the foam line
Monitoring quality: thickness, width and appearance of the foam
Preparing raw materials and feeding the line
Solving minor faults and doing light maintenance
Recording settings and notable events

What we ask

Experience as an operator in extrusion or plastics processing is a plus
Technical insight and an eye for quality
You work independently and take responsibility
You are reliable and hands-on

Production worker, laminating & packing

You run our laminating machine and rewinder and neatly pack the rolls that come off them for shipping. No experience with machines yet? No problem, we will teach you.

What you will do

Running the laminating machine and the rewinder
Checking, packing and staging rolls for shipping
Supplying materials and keeping your workplace tidy
Thinking along about how things can be done smarter and faster

You are handy and work accurately
Experience with smaller machines is useful, but you can also learn it with us
You enjoy working with your hands
You are reliable and hands-on
